5 Days Gorilla and Golden Monkey Trekking Rwanda Primates Safari 5 Days

Day 1: Arrival- Kigali to Ruhengeri. (PNV)
On arrival at the Kigali Airport, you will be met by our safari guide who will transfer you to Volcanoes National Park after you have had your lunch. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 2 AND 3: Gorilla trekking
after breakfast you will drive to the park headquarters of Parc National des Volcans. There you will be briefed by the ranger guides; with packed lunch you will then start the gorilla trekking through the light mountain forest on the slopes of the Virunga. Hiking and tracking gorillas may take 1-8 hours. You may have an optional ibyiwacu community walk OR a relaxation at the lodge. Dinner and Overnight at the lodge

Day 4: Golden monkey tracking
After breakfast, you will have a golden monkey track. Dinner and Overnight at Gorilla Nest Lodge/La Palme Hotel/Kinigi Guest House

Day 5: Departure
Depart for Kigali and do a city tour including the market visits, handicraft shop visits, pottery projects, genocide museum visit and many others. Transfer to Kigali Airport to find your departure flight.

Track Rwanda gorillas and golden monkeys all in Parc des volcans / PNV on a 5 days safari in Rwanda, have a community walk and stop over at the markets as you return to Kigali for a city tour and an airport transfer later or an overnight in Kigali.
