Serengeti Itinerary
Day 1 Airport Pick Up
You will be picked from the airport and driven to Serengeti which is about 335km (208 miles) from Arusha, stretching north to Kenya and bordering Lake Victoria to the west. You will arrive at the lodge in time for lunch before going for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 2 Full day wildlife Game Drive
After breakfast with packed lunch you will go for a full day game drive. You will spot various animals, more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson's gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing.
Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala, Grant’s gazelle, leopards, cheetahs, three African jackal, spotted hyena and a host of more elusive small predators, ranging from the insectivorous aardwolf to the beautiful serval cat.
There are also 500-plus bird species, ranging from the outsized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird of the open grassland, to the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 3 Departure
After breakfast you will go for a game drive through the exciting scenery of Serengeti. You will then go back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch you will drive back to Arusha.
