BUSH LODGE QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Bush lodge is a mid- range accommodation owned and managed by Nature lodge that run different properties across Uganda. It is situated 2.2 miles from Katunguru road in the famous and most visited queen Elizabeth national park in south west part of Uganda. The lodge is outside the park overlooking Kazinga Channel (the natural water body connecting Lake Edward and Lake George) and wildlife roaming around the channel. The lodge is located in a short distance to the places of interest like kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking, Kazinga channel for boat cruise and game viewing .One can be at the camp by road taking approximately 5-6 hours (370km) drive from Kampala city to queen Elizabeth national park then an hour flight from Entebbe international airport to close Kasese airstrip and few minutes to be transferred to the lodge while on Uganda Safaris Tours.
Bush lodge is comprised of 6 elegant and comfortable tents with the view of Kazinga channel and the wilderness in African traditional style constructed with local woods with ambience and comfort . Tents are well elevated with raised wooden floor to meet guest’s personal fondness and furnished with private en-suite facilities of mosquito nets , bathroom with hot and cold showers , flushing toilets, free toiletries , chairs and wooden tables ,free bottled water, free complementary bottled water, slippers in the rooms . Each tent has sitting areas, terraces and large veranda that give a panoramic view of the savannah plains, Kazinga channel, Lake George and surrounding areas. The Lodge has excellent and comfortable beddings with queen sized bed. There are campfire pit where fire glows, guests relax as they share stories/ experiences about the Uganda safari tour, it also provides warmth during chill weather. The camp offers Singles beds for individuals and double beds/ twins with different costs ranging from 150$ and above per night per person, during peak season it goes slightly high than in low season .

A dining areas in the main building serving different mouth -watering meal to meet visitors choice both local and international cuisine; They offer buffet breakfasts overlooking the park, Picnic lunch and dinner served by well trained and organized staff .You can even have meals in bush (breakfast on a sun rise and dinner ) overlooking the stars in the sky
A well-stocked bar with both hard and soft drinks like beers, wines ,sodas etc, you sip any drink of your choice while overlooking the stunning view of the savannah grass land ,Kazinga channel, lake George and surrounding areas.

Queen Elizabeth national park is the second largest and most visited national park found in western Uganda near historical town of Fort portal (Tourism city) in districts of Kasese, Kamwengye, Rubirizi and Rukungiri. The park occupies the total area of 987 km squared .The park extends from Lake George in the north-east to Lake Edward in the south-westand includes the Kazinga Channel connecting the two lakes. It’s the wide channel in Uganda with 32 kilometers long. There are different accommodations in Queen Elizabeth national park; budget ,mid range and luxury accommodations. . The park has the variety of flora and fauna over 100 mammals and 612 species of bird which attract more tourists.
