The price of this Golden monkey permit gives you free park entry for that day in volcanoes national park and you will spend a full hour with the golden monkeys. You will be escorted by an armed ranger guide. This activity is just half day though there is no minimum or maximum time as these are wild animals and they cannot be predicted. Usually 8 people are allowed to track a group though unlike the gorillas, an exception can be made. This does not mean that you do not book early, you should not take it for granted and there fore  book your permit early enough to avoid any disappointments.
