Basing on the name of the safari, it indicates that it starts from Kibale National Park then proceeds to Queen Elizabeth National Park and finally Bwindi National park.

In Queen Elizabeth National Park, you get to have activities that include morning, day time and evening game drives to view almost all the animals in this park. Well as Kibale National park only has chimpanzees may be and about 6 more primate species, Queen Elizabeth National Park is home to over 200 mammal species that include lions, elephants, zebras, kobs, leopards, buffaloes, topis, antelopes, impalas and many more.

From Queen Elizabeth National Park, you continue south to Bwindi National Park Buhoma sector for a mountain gorilla trekking experience. Keep in mind because mountain gorilla trekking is done at specific times, the day you reach the Buhoma sector, is not the day you trek the gorillas. So you get to Bwindi National Park, depending on the time you reach, you can opt to hang in the park with others take a nature walk, community tour before you tour. You can also opt to just retire and go to your accommodation to rest ahead of the next day’s mountain gorilla trekking experience.

Mountain gorilla trekking experiences start at 7am with a meeting at the park offices where you are briefed about the trek and after you continue on to the forest to trek until you find the gorillas. When you find them you spend time with them and then leave the forest. Like Kibale National Park, Bwindi National Park doesn’t have a lot of other animal species, it’s a habitat for primates and majorly mountain gorillas, Kibale N.P – Queen Elizabeth N.P – Bwindi N.P Safari

Since Bwindi is the last pit stop of this safari after the mountain gorilla trekking experience you can opt to head to your next destination or stay at the park for more time and leave the next day.
