Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Exploration
You will be picked up at an agreed location early by our Kenya safari driver guide and travel to Malka Mari National Park. In the afternoon, head on your first game drive, focusing on finding wildlife near the Daua River like Nile crocodiles and numerous antelope species. Drive back to the lodge to relax and have a hot lunch.
LIn the late afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk or hike to a scenic viewpoint for panoramic views. Connect with your camp and enjoy the night sky while sitting around a campfire.
Day 2: Culture and Departure
After having breakfast, go visit a local Borana or Gabbra community to learn about their nomadic culture and traditions. You will be able to see unique desert-adapted birds. Or opt to have a short game drive. Depart back to Nairobi-Mandera.
