Detailed Safari Itinerary
DAY 1: Boat Ride
Day 1 of the 5 days Lake Mburo Safari, you will link up with our tour guide in Kampala at 8 am and then head west to Lake Mburo National Park where you will arrive in the mid-morning check into your accommodation, and have lunch. After lunch, you will head to the lake for a boat ride where you will enjoy the great fresh breeze of the lake as you view several water animals and water birds like the hippos.
After the boat ride you will then back to your accommodation for dinner and night rest.
DAY 2: Game Drive
Day 2 of the 5 days Lake Mburo Safari, you will be up early have breakfast at your accommodation and after breakfast head out to the wild for a game drive to see he numerous animals in the park that include zebras, warthogs, antelopes, giraffes and many more.
The game drive will go on till lunchtime and after the game drive you will head to your accommodation for lunch and an afternoon at leisure.
You will have dinner at your accommodation and a night rest
DAY 3: Community Tour
Day 3 of the 5 days Lake Mburo park Safari, you will be up early have breakfast at your accommodation and after breakfast you will head out of the park with the tour guide for a community tour where you will meet and interact with the locals that stay around this national park. You will also learn and appreciate the culture of the people around Lake Mburo.
You will have lunch in the community and the tour will end in the afternoon and then you will head back to the park at your accommodation.
You will refresh at your accommodation, have dinner and a night rest.
DAY 4: Nature Walk and Horse Back Riding
Day 4 of the 5 days Lake Mburo National Park Safari, you will have breakfast at your accommodation and then after go out for a nature walk in the park where you will enjoy the park’s unique flora beauty, see several birds that make their home in the park, see some animals and just enjoy the fresh breathe of nature, the nature walk will go on till the mid-morning after which you will head to your accommodation for lunch and after lunch you will relax before you head out for horseback riding in the early evening.
Horseback riding will go on till the late evening and after you will head back to your accommodation for dinner and night sleep
DAY 5: Lake Mburo National Park to Kampala/Entebbe
DAY 5 of the5 days Lake Mburo Wildlife Safari you will be up at leisure have breakfast at your accommodation and after breakfast check out of your accommodation and embark on a journey back to Kampala. You will have lunch en route and on arrival in Kampala, the tour guide will drop you at a location of your choice in Kampala or Entebbe
